We could see that you have disabled/removed the country fields billing_country and shipping_country in the checkout form. This is the reason why the State Code is getting displayed instead of State Name.
    ?
Removing core fields such as billing_country, shipping_country may lead to unexpected results. So to resolve this issue, you need to enable the billing_country and shipping_country on your checkout form.

Also please note, once you added these country fields only new orders will display with the full State Name, old orders will continue displaying the State Code.

    We hope this will help.

    Thank you!

Excellent, that was the problem. We add the country we hide it with css and it works. The only bad thing is that, postcode, city and state are now full wide
