State and City dropdown plugin

I’ve been looking around and have not been able to find a plug in that will provide me with two drop down menus, state and city, and then take you to the page with that city. Are there any plug ins that do that? I’ve looked through the directory plug ins but haven’t found one that would work for me.

Even if it was a plug in that required me to make the drop downs, I would be fine with that. I want the user to select their state, then their city, and then be taken to the appropriate page.
