Statcounter Plugin – Trojan?

I received a McAfee alert the other day when in the dashboard that a Trojan was detected and removed. I assumed there had been a hack even though all my files looked clean and the antivirus plugin didnt pick up anything. Followed all of the precautions and upgraded WP. Still getting the warning when logging in. Am now noticing that the message only comes up when viewing my Statcounter stats from within the dashboard, and it pops up whenever I load an new page from the Statcounter iframe. Could McAfee be seeing this as the possible trojan? Below is the McAfee warning:

McAfee detected and automatically removed a Trojan from your PC.
