• Hey got jetpack installed, and working smooth after disabling most of the extras. It is running quite nice and thanks for the help. Is there a stat issue? The jetpack stats say 8 visits today. Google Analytics Dashboard says 18,567 today. Google Adsense says 18,567 today, and Google Analytics website says same as dashboard. I also have a security plugin in my site which monitors live traffic with same amount of hits as google analytics and so on. What stats is jetpack ready from? Is this a glitch or is Jetpack only reading stats of the wordpress tide to the site? Thanks in advance.
Once again very much appreciate the responses and help.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Could you post your site URL here or contact us via email so we can have a look?

There are 2 main differences between Jetpack Stats and Google Analytics:

    1. By default, Jetpack doesn’t record visits from logged in users. That includes all page views you can generate when viewing your site while being logged in. You can check this behaviour by clicking on “Configure” under the Stats module in the Jetpack menu.
    2. Jetpack Stats automatically exclude visits from bots and spiders that crawl your site but are not “real” visitors.

This could explain the differences between the 2 stats services on your site. There could be a problem with the way the Stats tracking code is added to your site though, but I would need to see your site to check this.
