    Hi,
we would like to use mailpoet 3, but our new SMTP server requires STARTTLS. So I installed WP easy SMTP plugin that can deal with this SMTP protocol, but when i click on the option use default email sender in mailpoet config, it does not work…
    any suggestion?
    Many thanks!

    Hi there @ccotal ????!

Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!

So if I am getting this right you are using MailPoet AND WP easy SMTP on the same site.

You can set up MailPoet to use your SMTP sending service under MailPoet > Settings > Send with… tab and you shouldn’t actually need to use another plugin for that.

Can you give that a try and test if it works without the third-party plugin?

Please keep us posted, we’ll be glad to keep troubleshooting this issue with you.

    Cheers!

No, it does not work :
Mailpoet is not able to cope with starttls
Mailpoet is not able to use wp easy SMTP parameters
    Regards
