Startpage does not appear

Hello WordPress-People

I currently trying to set up my WordPress Page and got the Issue now that i cant view my Startpage, all subpages ( **********.de/shop for example) work fine but if i go on my Startpage the default maintenance page from my provider is appearing.

i set up my startpage in the preferences and the permalink seems also ok.

i tried to deactivate all my PLugins , reinstalled my WordPress core-files and increased the php memory limit.
