starting point of the progress bar

Awesome plugin! I wonder if it would be possible to force the progress bar to start from 0px left no matter how much of the content appears above the fold? For example, if a few paragraphs appear on the page, these are counted as progress made. So the progress bar appears at load. I wonder if it would be possible (or a better logic) to start it only at first scroll after the page loads?
