Starter Templates plugin not showing any templates

    Hi all. I am new to WordPress.

    Starter Templates (ST) plugin was working great, until today.

    Today I started ST, and it is not showing any templates at all for Block Editor, Elementor and Beaver.

    I noticed that ST 4.3.0 had been released today, so I am wondering if ST 4.3.0 is the problem? After an hour of waiting in the ST home screen, the templates still do not show.

    EDIT: I am also having the same problem with Premium Starter Templates, which I purchased recently with the Essentials Toolkit. I am thinking of asking for a refund.

    EDIT #2: I tried to upload a screenshot, but it’s not displaying.

    Is anyone else experiencing this, and what is the solution?

  • Hi. Wondering if you’ve had your problem resolved? I’m having the same problem, plus my website builder prompts don’t even show up. (I’m new to WordPress and I’m wondering if I’ve done something wrong.)

    Hi @rosesage,

    The problem resolved itself after about 24 hours.

    I believed what happened was that when ST 4.3.0 was released, tens of thousands of people tried to update the templates, and that caused the server to be overloaded, so it took a long time for the templates to update.

    I am not sure what you mean by “builder prompts”.
