Starter templates for a Newbie

Two weeks ago I had never done anything with WordPress. I watched videos on how to get started and chose to use Elementor, Astra, with Starter Templates. The lines are still blurry between these three products but it got easier when I activated the Starter Templates. My site is nearly operational and Starter Templates was a big part of my success.
