Starter Template plugin loaded but will not show Astra Theme library

    I RESET my website Milam.xyz at Godaddy multiple times and loaded the Astra Starter Template plugin. I go to see the Astra Library and the page can not be found. See above link. I contacted Astra (Brainforce) about this exact issue with another website I was redoing. Astra stated it was plugin conflict or Godaddy did not meet all the system requirements for the plugin. I contacted Godaddy and they threw the blame on Astra as a bad plugin. A week later I received a Text from Godaddy’s Advanced Team and again explained my problem. The gentleman I talked to was Chris. Chris had me Reset my website for the fifth time and use 8.0 PHP while he monitored my steps. What Chris changed I have no clue. I downloaded Astra Starter Templates, went to the library templates, downloaded a template and installed Elementor and everything worked perfectly for that website.

    Now here I am in the same boat once again with the Milam.xyz website and tried to contact Chris at Godaddy only to have another tech tell me that there was nothing Godaddy could do. I have Reset the Hosting at GoDaddy four times with the same result for WordPress 5.9. Can anyone tell me exactly what the problem is and how to simply fix it. Thank You

    @aniketjain101, I would ask you to start your own topic. While the problems may look the same, it may turn out to be different root causes. You’re more than welcome to cross-link to this one so that we’re aware of both.
