    below is my system Specifications

    • WordPress version 6.4.3
    • PHP 8.1
    • 10.6.16-MariaDB
    • WP Memory limit of 256 MB

    Despite ensuring that all system requirements are met as specified, the WordPress starter template fails to load on the website. I have thoroughly reviewed the system requirements listed on your website and cross-checked them with the configurations of my hosting environment. To my knowledge, everything is in compliance.

    However, despite these efforts, I continue to face difficulties in getting the WordPress starter template to load properly. This issue is causing significant frustration and inconvenience as it hampers the functionality and aesthetics of the website, which is crucial for our online presence and business operations.

    I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, including clearing caches, checking file permissions, and verifying server configurations, but none have yielded a resolution to the problem.

    Considering the urgency of restoring the functionality of our website, I kindly request immediate assistance in resolving this matter. It is imperative that the WordPress starter template loads correctly to ensure the smooth operation of our online platform.

    Hi @marunitin,

    The Starter Template library is not loaded or the importing progress is failed?

    Did you get any error message? Please share with us a screenshot of how it looks. Also, please try to disable all of the plugins, except this plugin of course, when you import a template.
