Starter template loading and not finishing

  • Hello everyone. I don’t know why, but the Starter template just loading and filling my Media library with useless photos of the template..

    Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to solve this because it wasn’t a priority. Today I finally came back to this problem and despite completely resetting the entire site and deleting all plugins, except WP, which I need as a backup of the site, I still have the exact same problem. Which annoys me because I would like a simple solution to rebuild the site in a slightly more modern way and I would gladly pay extra for it if it worked properly.

    Hi @bsfaradhy . I have already checked the system requirements. Everything looks fine. I’m gonna contact the support portal as you recommend.

    Unfortunately, the problem still persists even though I have checked the system requirements. Not to mention that I can’t contact Astra for verification. The submission form thinks I’m not human…

    It might be issues with the cache or the network. I have checked the form and it’s working fine here. Can you please try with a different browser or an incognito tab?

    Hi @bsfaradhy ,

    I tried that in Arc browser and the starter template didn’t even load up. It was just white board. I tried it in incognito mode, and same problem appears.
