    I teach students how to built a website. We have about 125 students. They all follow the same steps. They have the same webhost. Strangely a few students (about 10 students) have an empty library when they want to choose a template. We wanted to built with the classic template and Elementor. Blocksy and beaver are all empty too. We already tried the following:

    • Refresh the library page
    • Deactivate and/or remove plugin and install/reactivate plugin Starter templates.
    • Deactivate all other plugins and only use plugin starter template.

    We really can’t find the solution to solve this. Can you help?

    Hi. I’m having the same problem. I tried to sync but it didn’t work for me. When I try to sync my whole page goes blank.

    Hi @ootamaraoo,

    The issue seems to be occurring because the sync process isn’t completing. Could you try force-syncing the templates by adding &st-force-sync=true to the URL and pressing enter? Refer to this screenshot, please.

    This will prompt the templates to sync on the next screen.

    Hi Aradhy,

    thanks for your help! Unfortunately, it still doesn’t work. I tried it multiple times using different browsers but still doesn’t work. Now I even get a completely blank page sometimes.

    Do you have any further suggestions that may help?
