Starter template kit is not working

    I got a domain and hosting from Godaddy, installed wordpress and downloaded astra theme. However, when I install and use Starter template kit plugin – It always says “The page is not working”. I don’t understand why plugin is crashing. I have tried different methods, changed the version of my Php from 8.1 to 8.0 and 7.4, asked the godaddy support about this, try deactivating all the other plugins… It still didn’t worked for me.

    I am tired of trying this again and again. Can someone assist me?

    Hi @muneeb1212,

    Most of the time, failure to import a template is related to server. Are you facing the same issue when you try importing the template on a free service like ZipWP or TasteWP?

    Anyway, have you made sure that your system meets the system requirements to run Starter Templates plugin, as mentioned in this doc?

    Apart from that, if possible, share with us a video showing how this “The page is not working” looks. Or at least a screenshot.

    I encountered the same problem and tried various methods, changing themes, deleting other plug-ins and leaving only this one, and even contacted godaddy customer service, but it still hasn’t been solved.

    it aways say:
    “The page you are looking for does not exist, or it has been moved. Please try searching using the form below.”

    I think this is not a “failure to import a template” problem, but a problem that the page in the first step cannot be opened at all.

    Same problem and the info in Site Health tells me that my server does match the requirements.

    Get the same error: “The page you are looking for does not exist, or it has been moved. Please try searching using the form below.”

    I hope this can be fixed because I’m teaching a group of students how to use the plugin…!

    Hi @grey20156, @webdes44,

    Do you have the problem even with the latest version of this plugin? The latest version is v4.2.1 and was released about two days ago.
