Hi @shridsan2010,
I am sorry to hear about the trouble you are experiencing.
Some website hostings disallow automatic demo import for security reasons. That’s why you got the import process incomplete.
That said, you’ll need to do manual import for e-Learning demo by doing these steps:
- Ensure you have installed these required plugins: WPForms, Tutor, Tutor Elementor Addons, Customizer Export/Import, Widgets Importer/Exporter, Elementor, and Sydney Toolbox.
- Download the import files (content.xml, widgets.wie, customizer.dat) that you can get from this shared folder.
- Go to Dashboard > Tools > Import and choose WordPress. You’ll be prompted to install the WordPress Importer, and once the plugin is installed, click Run Importer. Upload the “content.xml” from demo files (allow import attachments).
- Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Export/Import and import the “customize.dat” file (check to download images).
- Go to Dashboard > Tools > Widget Importer & Exporter and import the “widgets.wie” file.
- Go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading > Your homepage displays and select “a static page”. For the “Homepage” option select “My front page”, and for the “Posts Page” option select “My blog page”.
- Go to Appearance > Menus and select the “Main Menu”. Then, check it as “Primary Menu” in the Menu settings.
Hope these steps help. Let me know if you have any issue. Thanks!
