Started having deliveribility issues

    I started having email deliverability issues. I use formidable forms pro/elite. The deliverability issues are under the wp mail smtp settings.

    This is the error: “`Heads up! The last email your site attempted to send was unsuccessful.

    Email Source: Formidable Forms
    Mailer: Other SMTP
    SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.
    For more details please try running an Email Test or reading the latest`”

    I do not know how to fix. I have wp 5.8.2 version and wp mail is 3.2.1

  • Hi @donniam,

    When you get a chance, could you please share a full error log recorded when you send a test email from WP Mail SMTP > Email Test? Here’s a screenshot for the option to get a full error log. This will give us an idea of what might be going on.

    Thank you Sanjeev for responding. I asked my client if they changed the email password and they did. That fixed the problem. I am not that familiar with the plugin.
