    Hi,
it appears that the <%startdate%> field in the E-Mail doesn’t put out the Date as stated in the documentation. It prints the variable as plain text.

Alternatively I would use the %information% variable (because the time in there works), but in HTML mode it just puts out all info one after another without even a comma, and I kinda don’t want to send an Email like that to a client as it looks rather unprofessional.

I’m using WP 5.5.1 with Calendar (paid version) 7.2.84. The only other plugins I have enabled right now are Elementor 2.9.14 and Elementor Pro 2.10.3 (not updated yet because version change bugs). But also with Elementor deactivated it doesn’t work.

I don’t know if it’s a bug? I remember this worked earlier and I just copypasted the variable from the documentation.

    Hi,

Sorry for the late, just noted this message. The %startdate% tag is not valid for the Appointment Booking Calendar (seems you got it from the documentation of other of our booking plugins). You can check the available tags for the Appointment Booking Calendar at the following FAQ:

    https://abc.dwbooster.com/faq#q81

For HTML emails you can also put the %information% tag between

tags to keep the line breaks, for example:

    <pre>%information%</pre>

Thank you for using the plugin!

Thank you! Seems indeed to be the wrong documentation that I got there.
https://abc.dwbooster.com/documentation#form-settings this is what I get when I access the documentation via Help in the Plugins Quickmenu and then go via “support” on the website > Documentation. I just noticed the FAQ is the right document and documentation seems to be wrong then.

    Thanks again for clarifying!

Thank you for the feedback. Indeed that documentation section was wrong, we have already corrected it.

    Thank you!
