Start Wordfence Scan is not working

    Hi,

    It seems that we are getting email notifications of issues on our site but when trying to do a scan on our site, the plugin does not seem to work. I already downgraded the plugin up to 6.0.20 and put back the 6.0.24 version, yet all of those versions have same issue. My current wordpress version is 4.4.2

    Could you describe a bit more in detail what happens when you try to initiate a scan? Does anything pop up in the “Scan Summary” right under the “Start a Wordfence Scan”-button?

    If you are familiar with using a web browser console you could open it before you click “Start a Wordfence Scan”. If the scan starts the console will show activity.

    Here is a short description of how to use a web browser console: In Chrome you can find the console via the menu button/More tools/Developer tools. In Firefox you download an addon called FireBug. When installed you will find a picture of a bug in the righthand corner of your browser which will open or close the console. In Explorer/Edge browser you click the menu button, select “F12-Developer tools” and then click on “Console” in the window that pops up at the bottom of the screen.
