Start Quiz Button not working

  • I am in the process of setting up a wordpress website within my existing web directory using wp-pro quiz. Everything was going fine until the start quiz button stopped working. I have tried everything I know to do including updating wordpress itself. Nothing seems to work. Can you help?

  • In the Quiz Setting Do you make use of Cusotm fields?
    If YES sett them to be displayed at the end of quiz, because if quiz taker decide take your quiz without filling the info, quiz will not load,

    Can you give link to you website?

    @tmarshal – I had the same problem. Probably some kind of javascript conflict. Anyway, I solved it by doing the following:

    1. At the quiz overview page, click on the ‘Global Settings’ button

    2. Click on the ‘Settings in Case of Problems’ button

    3. Check the ‘Do not load the Javascript-files in the footer’ option.

    4. Save.

    5. Cross fingers and refresh quiz.
