Start conversation message duplicates

    after I have set the start conversation message, the message is always double – repeating itself twice on my whatsapp web. I tried to understand why but in vain, could anybody has a clue why ?

    I mean the Predefined text for the first product message the client will send me (Message for Products)- i hope this is clearer
