Start Chart Animation when reaching section

Hi, i have done a bar chart, which has an entrance animation. But it starts by loading the page. The bar chart is a bit at the bottom and not seen directly, so it would make more sense to let the animation start when reaching that section, where the bar chart is in, so the user can see the cool animation.
Is there a way to do this? And if yes how?
