    Hey

I recently changed the media sizes in my WordPress settings and ran wp media regenerate to regenerate all the thumbnails. I noticed in Converter for Media that the percentage converted to WebP was around 70%. So, I clicked “Start Bulk Optimisation” and skipped the “Hi – I am Mateusz” popup, then was presented with a further “Token for AVIF” popup, which I also skipped, at which point nothing happened? To confirm, I don’t have AVIF enabled.

In the end, I had to toggle the “Force the conversion of all images again” option then the Start Bulk Optimisation button worked. Now shows 100% of images converted.

Not sure why there were only 70% converted automatically and why the Start Bulk Optimisation button didn’t do the rest.

    Hi @jamieburchell m,

    Thank you for your message.

You can close the pop-up window and run the bulk image optimization of images only for WebP format again. You didn’t have to force re-optimize all images.

    Best,
    Mateusz

    Hi @mateuszgbiorczyk

That was what I expected, but unfortunately pressing the button after closing the popup did nothing. That’s why I toggled the re-optimise all images option and then pressed it, which worked.
