Start animation based on scroll?

I understand what you are saying and, as far as I know, it would be tricky to implement because people can have their progress bars literally anywhere on the page and what I understand you are going for is to basically “lazy load” the animation until you scroll to a particular point on the page.

I don’t think it’s possible within the plugin (although I could be wrong, and pull requests are welcome — https://github.com/jazzsequence/progress-bar/pulls) but it could be done locally on your site specifically, you would just trigger the animation event to a particular scroll point on the page that had the progress bar. I do not have any code for this but would be interested in seeing it if anyone implements it.
