Stars shown, cannot vote.

It’s quite odd. It started working 10 minutes ago, stopped, worked again and after a while the same problem occurred: When you hover over the stars nothing happens and the vote doesn’t register.

Does it work on the default theme in the first place? Note that it will not work with any caching plugin.

Oh, I haven’t tried it with the default theme. So would you suggest me to remove the caching plugin? Is there anything similar I could install?

I have deactivated the caching plugin and still the same problem. It works when it comes to voting other films, but not that one.

Try on the default theme. When you disable the caching plugin, ensure that WP_CACHE is false in wp-config.php.

Check your WP-Admin -> Rating -> Rating Options and ensure that your Logging Method is set to Cookie and IP.

I have did all you said, apparently it works for others but not for me (probably because I voted before)

I’ll let you know if users will complain again about this problem.
