Stars not showing on Google Search Results

  • Hello,
    We love the Rich Reviews plugin, but when our site appears on Google’s search results, the stars never show.
    Is there some specific setting for this that we might have missed, or can we maybe add some code to make the stars show?

    So hi there!
    I’m have the same issues with reviews not showing on Google. From what I can tell, I believe this plugin is abandoned as no one seems to be replying or addressing several issues from users, by nuance media.

    Regrettably this seems to be an abandoned plugin with zero support ??
