Can you please post a link where you’ve put a rating? I can’t find it! ??

Hi Dudo! Sure! I have it on multiple pages, here’s one (just scroll down until after the images): https://www.startwebsiting.com/website-builders/weebly/

Sorry but in that link I can’t find stars set. Have you put the [yasr_overall_rating] shortcode?

Hi again! Well, the thing is, I’ve been gathering rating for some time and it was active at the time I posted this… but now somehow the stars disappeared. The shortcode is there though – you can also check it in the page source code. Is it possible that this is a consequence of the latest update?

Checking the page there is not trace of [yasr_overall_rating] shortcode.

Is that a single page or archive?
    Do you use auto insert?

    Thread Starter Startwebsiting

    (@startwebsiting)

I also inserted [yasr_visitor_votes size=”medium”] to a new page where I did not have before the rating active and it did not show at all on the page. I believe that the problem came after the last upgrade on the plugin I installed this morning.

Am I going to lose my ratings if I try to reinstall the plugin?

I have the plugin code on multiple pages but I don’t use auto insert.

I have the following on all the pages – [yasr_visitor_votes size=”large”]

It worked just fine before today, very strange …

I think you’re using archive page, so try to put “yes” on this question in yasr settings

Show “Visitor Votes” in Archive Page?

If you used [yasr_visitor_votes] to make schema work you’ve to use aggregate rating instead of Review Rating

Actually, it’s a single page post. I noticed though that the Auto insert option is indeed enabled, while shortcode is also present.

This is a view from my administration.

    Hi again!

I found out that for some reason, on my website, some features work, and others don’t. I put all available shortcodes in this page: https://www.startwebsiting.com/e-shop-builders/summercart/test/

It looks like “Charts” show, but “Main” don’t. Here’s how it looks like from admin point of view.

Can you please put “no” on insert custom text?

    Thread Starter Startwebsiting

    (@startwebsiting)

I tried that, but it didn’t work… Do you think it might be a good idea if I try to downgrade to the previous version?

    Plugin Contributor dudo

    (@dudo)

Yep, you could try, your rating will not be lost

Okay, I found the problem … It seems that some error was introduced with one of the last plugin updates … I downgraded the plugin to 0.7.0 and it did not work again. After that, I downgraded it to 0.6.8 and everything came back up as it should be …

If you find the error that was introduced in the last updates please correct it so I can keep updating my plugin ?? I like it … thanks

To come back to my original question … what can I do/change so my stars will show in the search result?

    Thank you
