Stars not showing in google anymore

We are using gd star rating on our website and it always worked very well. but for a while now (since the last update?) the stars are not visible in the google search anymore…
the strange thing is when i use the snippet test tool from google the stars ARE shown! but when i enter a search term into the google search and find my post, there are no stars… ??what can i do?
