    The stars are not showing on this new page I created:
    https://parkandhills.com.au/home-new/

    They are showing on the original homepage which I created a couple of years ago:
    https://parkandhills.com.au/

    I did have to add this Custom CSS which worked on the home page but is not working on the new page:

    .google-business-reviews-rating.badge.tiny.no.outline {
    color: #000000;
    }

    .gmbrr.forest .rating .star {
    color: #009355;
    }

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    @bethstewrat I can see the stars in both the home page and the new home page. The stars have your dark green colour in place of the yellow.

    Did you check the page cache was cleared once you made a change?

    Are you still seeing this issue?

    If you can share the Shortcode and the colour scheme you’ve selected, this will help me resolve this for you.

    Hi thanks for your reply, yes I’m still seeing the issue on the /home-new page,

    Google Chrome (usual browser) after clearing cache
    Google Chrome incognito
    Safari
    Safari on mobile

    I’m on a mac. I am not seeing the issue on the main page though

    I’ve just checked again and it’s showing in the editor on Elementor but not on the front end.

    Shortcode: [reviews_rating theme=”badge tiny” class=”no-outline” link=”write review” limit=0]
    Colour Scheme: Dark Green

    I have tried clearing all caches, regenerating css, disabling any additional cache plugins but the issue is still happening. It is set up in exactly the same way as the home page where it’s working

    @bethstewrat I did check earlier and both versions were ok. I’ve now checked on my mobile, using Chrome and the stars aren’t appearing.

    I’ll have a look at this tomorrow and offer a solution for you.

    @bethstewrat I can see the result that causes the stars to be hidden: the Base64 encoded SVG is listed as the string “none”. This is not correct.

    I cannot see anything within the existing JavaScript that could cause this issue. Is there something that makes the new home page different to the current home page?

    (@bethstewrat)

    No the pages are exactly the same, the new page is a literal duplicate of the old one with other content then changed on the page.

    Should I uninstall and reinstall?

    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn’t make a difference…

    @bethstewrat Something specific to your website is happening here as the reviews plugin doesn’t set the Base64 string as “none”. Perhaps contact me through direct support?

    @bethstewrat I haven’t heard back from you. Please do get in touch if this issue remains.

    The issue here sounds like it relates to another plugin or the theme overwriting the star icon as there is nothing within the code that will behave as in the page you shared.
