Stars not displaying because of css?ver=2.51.4

Hello,
Thank you for this plugin, it works great for few years now and still very simple to use.
I just have an issue with the stars not displaying in the testimonials slider.
I have checked my development tools and get this error :GET https://sylvie-avenir-toulouse.fr/wp-content/plugins/strong-testimonials/public/css/rating-display.css?ver=2.51.4 net::ERR_ABORTED 403
Can you help me to fix this please ?
