Stars are not appearing on search.php

    I am using echo kk_star_ratings(); to show ratings on search template with in post results, stars are not showing up. The same code is working fine on index.php and archive.php. I am using BLANK Theme by Chris Coyier and Jeff Starr from digwp.com. what am I missing? Thanks
