Starbox Shortcode Problem

I am the admin of my site but can only get two shortcodes to work. I can get [starbox id = all] to work and [starbox id = myusername] but if I put in any of my contributors usernames, the starbox does not display. I am sure that I have all of the other starboxes enabled. I’m not sure why this is. Any idea what’s up?
