Star Reviews show on Google

google picks and chooses when to show these review results. it seems to be much easier to get them shown when you dont rank well for that keyword anyway, so if your on page 1 already, dont expect much.

it has nothing to do with multiples reviews, i have a page with hundreds on and they show up ‘sometimes’

I 2nd that, and I’ll add that its hit and miss whether google shows the page. I will tell you a more active page seams to do better.
