    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

If you deactivate our plugin, do you see 15 stars in the review form?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your additional information.

It could be a conflicting issue with another plugin. You can try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce, switch to a WordPress theme and recheck star rating. If it helps, you can re-activate plugins one by one, switch to the current theme and find what causes the issue on your site.

    Good morning,
I have done as suggested but sadly the problem remains.

    Thanks for providing additional information!

The issue seems to be with the default review form that comes with your WordPress theme.

Could you try activating the Enhanced User Interface in the settings of our plugin (Reviews > Settings > Review Extensions > Visual Style)? Hopefully, it will override the default review form with 15 stars from your theme.

Thank you very much, this advice worked.
I would like to ask now why not all the messages are translated into Italian, for example:

    • There are no reviews yet
    • Add a review
    • Rating*
    • Submit
      etc

The same goes for some strings in the review request form. I also visited your translation challenge page and I see that they should already be translated into Italian.

    Thanks

Great, thanks for letting us know!

If strings were translated to Italian language but not approved by Translation Editors, WordPress will not add them to the plugin. The strings need to be approved by the editors first.

@darkavenger, @pixelized, @lasacco, @deadpool76 could one of you please approve Italian translations for the strings mentioned by @erbacealab above? Your help will be greatly appreciated ?? Many thanks in advance!
