Star Rating not showing on Main Review Page and Comparison table rating numbers

    Star Ratings – the star rating shows up on the ‘Comparison Table column’ once reviews submitted, but the same star rating graphic on the ‘main review page’ for a product (just under product title) all stars remain grey and do not show the current rating as coloured stars..?

    Comparison Table – in the stats column, the review numbers are displayed incorrectly. instead of something like 7.9 i t display as 79 or 7.8, displays as 78.333, etc.
    They should surely display in the simplest format.

    Both issues seems to be the comparison table and review page doing something different with same data… is it a plugin glitch or settings i have wrong?

    Appreciate help in resolving this quickly.

    Hello @paulb22,

    It might be a plugin conflict so please deactivate all your plugins and check if it resolves your issue and after that try activating the plugins one by one to find problematic plugin. Then replace it with an alternate plugin.

    Uopdate – No it is not plugin conflict, had comms from Themeisle say its an ‘issue’ that might be fixed in next release. Seems to me to be a rather big issue, if the fundamental star ratings do not display correctly in a review plugin!

    Hoping it is prioritised in some way as completely undermines the use of the plugin and functions. Cannot believe I am the first to see the issue…
