The form for star rating does not work properly when selecting a 10-step scale (probably for all >5-steps scales). The value will be stored to the specific entry, but is not displayed correctly in the dashboard. Also, downloading all recordings from the dashboard does not include the ratings in the .csv file, what makes the download option pretty useless. Would be great, if this could be fixed. Attached some screenshots, illustrating the problem:

    Happy New Year!

Thank you for reporting this. I was able to replicate the issue of stars over 5 not displaying the additional stars when viewing the Submissions page. I have created an issue so that our engineering team can release a solution for this in a future update of Ninja Forms.

I was unable to replicate the issue of the Star Rating data not being included within the CSV export, however.

Does the issue persist when temporarily disabling other add-ons and momentarily switching to a default WordPress theme?

If you would, please navigate within your site to Ninja Forms > Settings > Advanced Settings. Here, please check the box for “Show Legacy Submissions Page”. This will display the prior, legacy version of the Submissions page as well as data exporter.

When using the legacy page, is the data included in the CSV export?

If the issue persists, can you reach out to our support team so that we can investigate the issue?
