Star Rating Field Broken

    Hi.
    I have a few forms on my site, no issues. I also have paid the full premium price for the plugin. The problem I am having is with the 5 star rating field. I wanted to use it to get feedback for my posts and pages, but each time I create a form and put it on a page, the page gets stuck in loading limbo. If the form does manage to load, and the rating field is displayed, it fails to function, or works for a moment then breaks. Attempting to refresh the page lands you back in loading limbo again.

    To ensure the issue only involved 1 field, I omitted all other fields from the form. When that didn’t work, I recreated the form from scratch.

    Currently, the form on the test page has only 1 field… the 5 star rating field. Everything is updated. And using the Avada Theme.

    Any advice?

    Note: Choosing 5 stars will result in lockup every time. Anything below that can use for a moment, then it locks up as well.

    Hello!

    Sorry for the delay, perhaps you are using that field in any formula? and if so, could you remove that formula and try again? Probably the formula is not correct (is causing a circular reference) which is causing this issue.
