Star Rating Editing Features Disappear

I’m using Niche Table Pro

1. I create a table and insert “Star rating” in one of its columns
2. Then, if I switch off all of its editing options:
– Review Score
– Star Bar
– Review Details
– Read Review
everything inside the column disappears, all I see is a dotted line on the top of the column.
The problem is, there’s no way to retrieve these options anymore.
Not even if you replace it with other settings such as Paragraph, Picture, Link. When I try to revert back to “Star Rating” after, it doesn’t respond, nothing happens.
The only solution is if I keep clicking the “Undo” option of the Block Editor so far back that all the Star Rating options re-appear.
