Star Demo – all images (.jpg, .png, .gif) don’t show on mobile view

    Hey dear rife-experts ??

    It seems that when I′m testing my page on my iPhone that all kind of images are gone/hidden. Even the pre-installed ones by star itself ?? Instead it appears a box with a solid line or a plain grey area.

    Funny thing: When I test it via Elementor mobile view or when I resize my browser it′s all good. And all responsive settings for “hide images on tablets or mobile” are switched off.

  • Your images are trying to load over HTTPS instead of HTTP but you don’t have a valid SSL certificate for your domain:

    https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html?hostname=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.sandra-ketterer.de%2F

    You might be able to contact your web hosting provider and ask them to setup a free Let’s Encrypt certificate for your domain so that you can run the images through HTTPS so you don’t have to go through and change them.

    Hello:-)

    As @jarretc said – it is caused by an invalid(or missing) SSL certificate.
    So either you have to get one for your domain or change your images to use http instead of https but it is not recommended.

    Hey guys! Many thanks for your quick help! Funnily, the mobile view works great now without me doing anything…that’s how I like working those things out ?? Nevertheless, I will contact my hoster, because I had this problem with those security certificates also before.
