Stange buttons on exit page, after payment

I had to hide them via CSS, but why did they come??

This could be due to payment method settings or an external plugin you might be using. Since the four checkboxes appeared after the payment was successfully processed, I didn’t fully test the entire process. However, after reviewing the class name you used to hide those checkboxes via CSS, it doesn’t appear to be related to an external plugin.

To better understand your site’s setup, it would be helpful if you could share your current System Status Report. You can find it by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status on your site. Once there, click the Get system report button, then copy it by clicking the Copy for support button.

I understand how frustrating and confusing it can be to see unexpected buttons on your page. It’s great that you managed to hide them with CSS, but it would be helpful to understand what they look like. Could you share a full screenshot of the order success page, including the buttons?

I will just stay with the CSS for hiding the fields.

I understand you do not want to fix that immediately.
Just to clarify, a conflict is caused between two incompatible codes in the plugins. Sometimes, they get fixed when an update is released.

Having said that, performing a conflict test might reveal the plugin that is causing the conflict and you may inform them about it. This will result in faster resolution of the problem.
