Standart users author page not work

  • Hello I installed WCFM in multi author website. but after installed WCFM site.com/author/username not work. I can not open author page. How can I make author page work. For Vendor user roles url is site.com/store/storename But I need author page for Blogger user role and I used to use this url site.com/author/username
