Standards links in translations

Semantic, web standards…, well, why this kind of links?:

Where is the semantic attr of title??

Things like this make the maintainability really dificult because you can’t use the standard translation, if you want, for example, pass any XHTML Validator.
..and no, I don’t just want pass the validator, I want a real valid XHTML document.
??
