None of my products are showing taxes. Not a one. Everytime I try to add the standard tax, I click save changes, and it completely disappears. I’ve followed the instructions on woocommerce and either there is a glitch, or I have accidentally clicked on something I shouldn’t have. I would LOVE any help. Thank you.

Howdy!

Are you using the Automated Tax feature with WooCommerce Services or manual taxes? I don’t think it should make a difference with your settings being able to save or not but wanted to confirm.

Would you mind copying and pasting your System Status Report into this thread so that we can check for any red flags there? You can find this by going to WooCommerce > Status > System Status > Get System Report in your WP-Admin dashboard.

Hi there! Thank you for the reply. For some reason, it seems to work now, except that I cannot figure out how to place the zero tax role to the wholesale role and while still keeping the standard subscriber role to a standard tax. Hopefully this report will give you the info needed.

This would require custom code or a plugin. Here’s a snippet that we include in our docs: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/#section-19

You would want to change administrator to the wholesale user instead. Also, when adding code snippets like these, I would highly recommend using a plugin like Code Snippets. This will help to minimize risks of the site breaking if added incorrectly.
