    Hi, I am having an issue with the standard sorting and filtering by price. It is not working correctly. The filter by price is throwing up “No products were found matching your selection.” alot despite there being a lot of products on the site.

    The Sorting filter by price doesnt seem to work at all. The highest to lowest gives it in some random order.

    Any ideas?

    Hi there,

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi Thanks for that.

    I don’t think there is an issue with the theme as I have the same theme installed on another website and it works fine there.

    I deactivated all plugins except for woocommerce and still the same issue.

    Any other ideas? Would it be anything to do with woocommerce database?

    I checked your site, and I think this issue could be related to your theme; it is not responding to product filters and price sorting.

    Since every site setup is different, you could have a working theme on one site, and the same one could not work so well on another.

    It would be of great help if you could perform a full conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront and disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, to check again if the issue persists. It is to discard any conflict with your theme.

    In the case the issues continue, kindly provide us the following:

    • Your System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, you can paste here your response.
    • Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
