Standard Post not showing up as an option

I have the “Enable the services’ custom settings” box checked.
The only two options I have checked are “Priority Mail” and “Standard Post”.
Priority Mail shows up as an option in the Cart, but Standard Post does not.
I have debugging mode turned on and noticed that “Parcel Select Ground” has a CLASSID of 77.
In the Domestic Services Table, Standard Post is listed as a Class 4. I don’t see a CLASSID of 4 anywhere in the USPS API Response.
Should Standard Post be a class 77 in the Domestic Services Table?
