I have added a few files and folders as a test but I am unable to preview any pdf files when I go to the site. the only option is download. For a PNG more options are available such as versions and preview. Our site is a private one so i can not let you see it but i can get screenshots if that helps. I have tried disabling bootstrap but that did not help. I do not see any options that would help with this.

check the file status of the pdf file. click the file and click on manage file

make sure that it is public.

Thank you for the fast response it is public already and published. Inside of the admin site all the options are there and preview does work but on the published site all i can do is download. Also when i click go to post it says page not found. Not sure if that is related.

Default connetent is set to preview

    These are all unchecked
    Hide All Posts: (Non Members)
    Hide All Posts
    Hide All Post From Homepage
Post Page Target Type si set to _blank

The preview issue is only PDFs but the show post is not found for anything.

    Thank you so much

the 404 should be resolved by doing this:

If you get a 404 error when trying to access your Memphis documents pages try going to Setting>Permalinks and pressing Save. This may solve the issue, if it doesn’t please contact me for more support.

what type of preview are you using, local or box?
