    When you make a new website you are able to receive email when you place the order online, I would like to know where are those setting kept.

    Default setting?

    WooCommerce standard email

    I understand that you would like to know where to access the default WooCommerce email settings.

    The email settings can be found by navigating to WooCommerce → Settings → Emails.

    How do make it so I can use the WooCommerce standard email?

    I understand that you would like to automate the “Customer invoice / Order details”

    By default, this email is only available as a manual order action inside the order details screen. That being due to the customer already receiving the New order emails automatically, which contain the details of the order, including the amount.

    The “Customer invoice / Order details” is handy for when you need to add notes (public or private), or make other updates, and if it should be sent to the user, it is done manually.

    Either way, to automate that will require some additional code. You will need to use woocommerce_order_status_completed hook and WC_Email_Customer_Invoice as shown here:

    I don’t believe the code adds a tick there. You’ll likely need some CSS to display that tick. It will only automate that email. I suppose the best way to see if it works is to create a test order and check out as a customer would, then add a public note to the test order, and see if you get the email notification.

    You’ll want to check if you have the right “From” email address in WooCommerce > Settings >Emails

    The code is giving a syntax error. Was it added to your child theme’s functions.php ? If so, it can probably be avoided by adding it through the Code snippets plugin. Can you please give it a try and let us know? (because it is a syntax error)
