Standard Interface Title Showing in Excerpts in Category

  • Hi,

    I’ve set my Standard Interface title to “Spread the word”

    On category pages it’s also adding “Spread the word” to the beginning of the post excerpts for some formatted post summaries, but not all.

    The first post I have set to a standard format and in that case the “Spread the word” shows as the Sassy Social Sharing standard interface title as it should and it is not in the excerpt. But in the following post summaries 2 and above, it shows “Spread the word” as the title of the sharing buttons, but then repeats it again at the beginning of the post excerpt in the summary.

    Here’s one example of a summary that includes the title as part of the excerpt.

    “Spread the wordWhat is an online karate class like? Check out one of Shihan Goddard’s awesome online karate classes on zoom. This particular class was led by a special guest, 10th degree black belt, Hanshi Bernard, and was broadcast from …”

    It’s not repeating the title in the excerpts on the main blog page though which is fine.

    Sorry, we don’t have any solution for this at the moment. You can disable social share icons on that page-group with which you are facing this issue until we fix it.
