    Hi!

I’m not sure if I completely understand this. I’d like to use Elementor for some pages on a new site. The standard font here is Roboto, but my theme (Twenty Twenty) uses Sans Serif. To me they look just the same though. Are they close family or is the Elementor setting taking over the complete site?

  • Hi, A Sans Serif font is basically any font that doesn’t have little dashes at the end of each letter

Roboto family font is a Sans Serif font

    Hehe,

sorry for my ignorance. Just to make sure… Are all pages created/edited by Elementor isolated from the rest of the theme’s settings, meaning the default blog page etc. will have a different graphic profile?

    /LS

The pages not created by Elementor do not use our CSS, so Elementor’s styling is not loaded there. So, if the page was not created by Elementor, it will not have the same global styling

    Hmm…

How can I change the default blog posts page to use Elementor? Even if I point out a new page (Elementor edited) it still looks the same as the old default posts page.

Hi @lensv , please open a new thread for a different issue

    Hi,

The question does not concern a different issue. I want the same styling on both pages and posts, but posts don’t seem to pickup the Elementor settings.

    Hi,

You will need to create and edit both posts and pages using Elementor in order to have the same styling configured in Elementor settings. Elementor styling will not be applied on non-Elementor pages.

Ahh… So each blog post needs to be created in Elementor separately and they can be edited in Elementor even though the chosen posts page is not an Elementor page. Does this mean that the posts page (the blog posts holder) it self is not affected by Elementor at all?

Hi @lensv , you can change the fonts for not Elementor-created pages via your theme settings.
