• The AddtoAny Share/Save button appears, but the selected Standalone Services show up blank in Firefox. The Share/Save shifts to the left and there is a blank where the standalone icons would appear. It works in IE and Chrome.

Are there any Firefox add-ons you have enabled that might be interfering? What version of Firefox are you using?

If it’s a site issue, directing us to your site would help us help you troubleshoot.

I am having the same issue. Standalone services don’t show up. Actually dcon’t even save in the settings pane.

I’m using Firefox 4 and Catalyst Theme.

    The webiste is https://www.internetmarketingwith.com/

Let me know if you need any further details.

@moserw it appears that you’re having an issue with actually saving your standalone service settings. It’s usually because another plugin is causing a JavaScript error. You can go to the Firefox menu > Web Developer > Error Console to see if there’s a JavaScript error affecting your AddToAny settings page.

@micropat – No errors on Firefox. Also, I’ve tried on Chrome and same issue there too. I can select any icon like Facebook Like or the new Google +1 and click on Save Changes but it does not save these changes. Previously it would save them… just been experiencing this the past few days from around the time when the Google +1 button was added.

@moserw Try resetting the plugin settings (“Reset” button to the right of the “Save Changes” button). The issue might be that your stored settings somehow became disheveled.

    That did not work either.

The only other thing I can think of is changing the theme to Catalyst. Previously I was using Thesis and it worked fine there. Not sure if its a Catalyst issue but let me check on their forum too.

I have the same problem on 3.0.5: standalone services are not being saved.

Firefox became so shit these days, at least for me. Some pages are not loading, some takes forever, the Share/Save button opens behind Youtube players (if there’s any near the button), and etc.

I was going to report this, but the plugin works great with Chrome and Internet Explorer.

By the way, thanks for the plugin. ??

@moserw @multinc try temporarily switching themes and/or disabling all other plugins to help troubleshoot the issue, and please report back.

@comedorsamus sure thing. ;D Here’s a doc that explains the issue you’re seeing with Flash objects in Firefox and how you can fix your videos, etc.
