    Also would be nice to force plugin reviewers to agree to a TOS box that clarifies reviews are not meant for feature requests, and to confirm they have read the plugin description and FAQ, and lastly that they understand that free plugins are produced by volunteer contributors in their spare time…

    All I see is 1 negative review & from our perspective there’s nothing that deems it stalking or against the forum guidelines. It is a legitimate review of your plugin.

    Hiya,

    Andrew is spot on about anything happening outside of www.remarpro.com not being of concern to us, hence why we don’t get involved in facebook arguments.

    As for having users sign a ToS to leave a review, that makes little to no sense, as a review has no terms, it is an indication of a users experience. In this case the user had a bad experience because the plugin doesn’t work on multisite, use this as an opportunity to improve the plugin, or improve your documentation as the user clearly didn’t find the information they needed in an easy manner.
